The Perfect Green Juice recipe

So about juicing… juicing is basically the process of extracting juice from fruits and/or vegetables. I’ve been juicing for more than a year now and let me tell you this is one of the best habits I have ever started in my whole life. As it is that good for you, this is definitely something I will be recommending in this blog every now and then.

Some of the greatest benefits juicing has brought to my life are, among many others:

  • It makes your immunological system stronger; therefore expect shorter colds and coughs.

  • Better digestion.

  • Sleep better.

  • Increase energy (I will show you later on great recipes that works perfect as pre-workouts).

  • Since I have to continuous take care of the inflammation factor in my body, ginger juice is THE GREATEST natural solution EVER!

In the next weeks I’ll write about some cleanse processes that work perfectly when you want to detox your body to start a new regimen.

Today I will show you my everyday 10 AM juice. It is fresh, it is green, and it is my take on the “Perfect Green Juice”.


  • 2 sticks of celery.

  • 1 small piece of ginger (about an inch).

  • 4 leaves of kale (the one you like better).

  • A handful of spinach.

  • 1 big cucumber.

  • ½ green apple.

  • ½ tbs. turmeric root powder.

PREPARATION (5 minutes)

  1. Juice all the veggies, ginger and apple (I’m using this juicer and I love it).

  2. Once everything is juiced add turmeric, give a little stir and ENJOY! You can add some ice as well.

I prefer to drink my juice no later than 30 minutes after the extraction, taste even better and according to my readings, the oxidation process can ruin all the amino acids and you don’t want that!
