If you’re into collagen drinks/foods and like easy breakfasts, this recipe is for you.
I’ve been using Collagen Peptides for a few months now and I LOVE them for many, many reasons but I’m not getting into those today because I have a meeting in 40 minutes, and I got to hurry!
This is my take on a “Collagen Mango Bowl”, perfect for a weekday breakfast.
1 hipping cup of frozen mango.
1 small banana (frozen or not).
3-4 tbsp coconut milk.
2 scoops of collagen peptides (any brand you like or use).
Add liquid to your blender first (these always go first!), then banana, mango and collagen powder at the end. Blend until smooth for about 40-45 seconds.
Serve cold in a bowl with your favorite toppings, I’m using granola, some dried fruit and hemp seeds.
