Favorite Spot: Little Cleo's Seafood Legend (Phoenix, Arizona)

Hey guys! Hope you’re having a TERRIFIC Saturday!

By now and if you follow me on Instagram, you should probably know about my and my husband’s obsession with oysters right? So yes, we both have an extreme close relationship with this food and it doesn’t matter if it’s summertime or winter, we are literally always craving for a dozen (or two…. each).

Today I want to talk to you and recommend my favorite seafood restaurant in the Phoenix Area. First, I’m super excited to talk about my first Valley restaurant! And I obviously wanted to start BIG, so here it is. The name: Little Cleo’s.

One of the main reasons we love this place is because their 4-5 pm happy hour where oysters are just a dollar and you can also get good deals on champagne pours.

Being that said and if you, like me, are a seafood lover, you HAVE to try these dishes:

Bouillabaisse. I remember the first time I heard about this dish was with Julia Child making it, probably when I was 15? No, I’m not that old, I saw the episode on cable LOL. Try this one here, my trick is to always ask for an extra piece of sour dough bread, do it and thank me later.

Shishito Peppers. Don’t freak out! They’re not spacy and they cover them out with the right amount of white truffle oil and parmesan cheese.

And these are their all-time favorite Oysters. You need to understand this: the ingredients they use are fresh and most of them are local, they have which I think it’s a very trustable supply chain for the seafood they serve so this is why I love them so much! (No, they don’t pay me to write this!)

You can totally make reservations here using opentable or through their website.

If you go there let me know your thoughts! Use #thisismytake so I can see your pictures.

Ciao ciao!
