How to Make Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

Hey guys!

 

Today I have for you an old crowd pleaser and I noticed I never shared the recipe with you! It works perfectly for when you have a bunch of people coming over to your house and you want to make something ahead of time and let the oven do all the work!

 

These are my Roasted Chicken Drumsticks, nom nom nom!

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 tbsp ground paprika.

  • 1 tbsp pink salt.

  • 1 tbsp ground black (or red) pepper.

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes.

  • ½ tsp garlic powder.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil.

 

PREPARATION (serving: 12 drumsticks)

 

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375.

  2. Use a couple of paper towels to dry each one of the chicken pieces. This is very much needed because we’re going for a very crispy skin!

  3. Prepare your rub: just mix all the spices together!

  4. In a large bowl, use the olive oil and rub all of the drumsticks with it, don’t forget do also do it under its skin.

  5. Now sprinkle the spice mixture all over the drumsticks and don’t forget to rub under the skin too!

  6. Now just put them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, put them in the oven for around 30 minutes making sure to turn them in minute 15.

 

You can use any dressing you like with this, even hummus!
