Lamb Popsicles recipe

Hey guys!

Summer is here! That means one thing and one thing only, grill time! Today I’m partnering up with Budweiser and their awesome new line of Barbecue Sauces!

I’ve been obsessed with lamb popsicles for the last few months, they’re small, convenient, personal and definitely full of flavor, so that’s why I decided to make this recipe and let me tell you… the Budweiser Bold and Spicy barbecue sauce goes TERRIFIC with them!

Let’s get grilling!


  • 1 small rack of lamb or 8-9 individual pieces at room temperature.

  • 1 tsp. of kosher salt.

  • 1 tsp of black pepper.

  • 2 strings of fresh rosemary.

  • 1 head of garlic cut in half.

  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil.


  1. Take your pieces of lamb and season them both sides with all the kosher salt and pepper. Make sure to coat them well and let them rest for about 20 minutes at room temperature.

  2. Once your lamb is nice and rested, use a silicon food brush to spread your Budweiser Bold & Spicy Premium Barbecue Sauce on every single piece of lamb!

  3. Use a cast iron skillet on a high temperature grill and add your olive oil, garlic and rosemary.

  4. Once the oil is very hot, add as many pieces of lamb as you can fit.

  5. IMPORTANT: Once you put the pieces of protein on your skillet, make sure not to move them around! For medium rare you will cook them 2-3 minutes each side.

  6. Once you have the desired term, you’ll take the pieces out of the skillet, put them in a serving dish and let them rest for 10 minutes before eating!
